Many of AJE's customers come to us from the same Universities, departments or organizations. To reward frequent submissions and return customers, we like to offer a volume discount option to customers who choose to form submission groups. For colleagues who are members of the same faculty or department, using group codes is a natural and easy way to earn discounts.

Group discounts

Oftentimes, our customers find that the editing service that AJE provides would be useful for their colleagues and co-workers within their department or institution. To help us spread the word about AJE, we offer discounted volume pricing for groups of people, such as a research department, a university branch, or even a whole institution. The more submissions a group generates, the higher the discount we can provide. Discounts are generated according to the following structure:

Our group codes are simple to use. Contact us and we will email you a group code and further instructions. You may distribute this code to your colleagues (i.e. members of your department) and they can enter this code into their accounts as well. Everyone who enters the code into their account becomes part of your group. As more members in the group make submissions, the group's overall discount increases (see listing of discounts above). The more colleagues you tell about AJE within your institution or your research area, the more people will be available to make submissions, and the more likely you will be to have discounts applied to your submissions.

Groups can also choose to use a shared work space. With a shared workspace, members still use individual logins and passwords, but are able to view each others' submissions. If you would like a shared workspace enabled in your account, please let us know when requesting your group code.
